I grew up in the South of France speaking English and French during my childhood thanks to my English mother and French father, hence the name "Bilingual Bastien" (catchy, I know).Learning both languages from a young age has allowed me to develop a unique understanding of small nuances between the languages, enabling me to make translations sound natural and organic.Having grown up in a "Frenglish" household, it was only natural for me to consider translation as my first career choice. This is why I went on to study at the University of Stirling.I started translating professionally during my studies as a part-time job in 2018.
